At Ladooram, we aim to provide excellent service to our customers, including a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations: 

CANCELLATION WINDOW:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, once orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:

Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled. 

SPECIAL OCCASIONS:

Cancellations are not possible for products obtained on special occasions such as festivals (e.g., Pongal, Diwali,) or personalized gifts. 

PERISHABLE ITEMS:

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like ladoo. However, refund or replacement can be arranged if the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt for durable items and within 5 days for non-durable items. The request will be entertained after verification by the merchant. 

PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES:

If the product received does not match the description on our website or meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate and take appropriate action. 

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@ladooram.com with your Order number and reason for cancellation. Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been purchased/shipped. Once the item has been purchased/shipped/delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. 

CANCELLATION OF SAME-DAY DELIVERY:

Cancellation of orders with same day delivery is not entertained. However, you may call our Customer Care at +91-9790979897 immediately after placing the order and send a cancellation email to info@ladooram.com. The cancellation will be accepted subject to confirmation from Ladooram. 

PROCESSING TIME OF CANCELLATION:

Once a cancellation request is received, it will take a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified via email once the cancellation is processed. 

REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our products/services. If the reason is genuine then all your queries will be resolve by our teams as soon as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us with your purchase details, including your order number. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the request.
